PUBLIC PREVIEW · DRAFT POLICIES

Genesis campaign terms.

These preview policies must be reviewed and finalized before the payment campaign opens.

Status: preview only

No payments are requested or accepted into an active sale through this preview. Proposed terms: 100 spots at exactly 5 USDG each on Robinhood Chain. Maximum gross proceeds: 500 USDG.

What a spot represents

One future Founder NFT and supporter status. It is a digital collectible, not equity, profit sharing, or an investment return. Collection launch, distribution target, compatible wallets, and remedy for nonfulfillment must be finalized before the campaign opens.

Eligibility and ordering

The first 100 distinct eligible sending wallets may receive one allocation each, determined from finalized correct-token transfers to the verified treasury after activation. Order is block number, transaction index, then log index. A wallet is not proof of a unique person. A transfer does not guarantee availability.

Distribution

NFTs will not be minted by a payment. The project intends to distribute them manually later to the accepted sending wallet, after the collection is created. There is no current delivery date and no initial claim or wallet connection.

Refund policy draft

Duplicate, overflow, incorrect, and inactive transfers will enter manual review. No instant or automated refund is promised. A support channel, decision timelines, eligibility rules, fees, and a nonfulfillment remedy must be published before payments. Custodial or pooled wallets may prevent delivery or refund. Do not send from an exchange.

Risks and use of proceeds

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, delayed, misdirected, or incur fees. USDG carries issuer, smart-contract, and value risks. Proceeds may support domains, hosting, infrastructure, development tools, initial AI services, and development. No future value or financial return is guaranteed.

Required before launch

Verified operator identity and support contact, treasury control, chain and token validation, tested monitoring, final fulfillment/refund obligations, applicable legal review, and explicit owner authorization remain outstanding.
